Weekend Yoga Retreat – Autumn
September 25 - September 27
Join us for a relaxing & inspiring weekend yoga retreat where the atmosphere is casual, warm, homely and nurturing. We have created a balanced programme, designed to offer you the space to let go & self-care during a weekend of yoga, meditation practices and healthy vegetarian foods.
Yoga classes with different teachers cater for all levels of practice, even complete beginners.
Yoga styles include Iyengar, Restorative & Hatha Flow. Depending on the size & nature of the group, we may include some Aerial Yoga too! Both evenings include a bedtime relaxation and Sound Journey. Our local teachers & facilitators offer a variation of yoga & mediation experiences, to add depth and uniqueness to your weekend.
Our stunning Namasté studio with underfloor heating, overlooks the gardens & river. We have all the props to support your yoga experience, including aerial yoga hammocks!
There will plenty of “me-time” between classes, where you can choose to have a treatment, rest, walk or hang out in our reading room or studio.

A very important part of your retreat is nourishment, for body mind & soul! Brian has ayurvedic and vegetarian cooking training, and he will be preparing some healthy, inspiring and comforting meals to enjoy with the group. We can also cater for vegan, gluten-free etc. Our ethos is “Food is Medicine”.
