Yoga classes with different teachers cater for all levels of practice, even complete beginners.
Yoga styles include Iyengar, Restorative & Hatha Flow. Depending on the size & nature of the group, we may include some Aerial Yoga too! Both evenings include a bedtime relaxation and Sound Journey. Our local teachers & facilitators offer a variation of yoga & mediation experiences, to add depth and uniqueness to your weekend.

Our stunning Namasté studio with underfloor heating, overlooks the gardens & river. We have all the props to support your yoga experience, including aerial yoga hammocks!
We are Brian & Louise – your hosts at Aloha House. Louise is an experienced yoga & aerial yoga teacher, who also teaches Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage. Brian is a superb cook, who will be preparing healthy vegetarian and vegan meals during the retreat. We take care to source local and organic ingredients where possible. Food is made with love:)
There will plenty of “me-time” between classes, where you can choose to have a treatment, rest, walk or hang out in our reading room or studio.

Aloha House is located in the rural town of Killorglin in Co. Kerry, overlooking the River Laune and the McGillycuddy Reeks mountain range, home of Ireland’s highest mountain. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and views, yet walking distance to a thriving village in the heart of The Reeks District.

ACCOMMODATION:
Your room will be comfortable, warm & nurturing. Being an old house, with some quirky features, we have decorated and furnished each space with love and care. Pure cotton linen adds some luxury. Depending on availability, you have a choice of a shared or private room.

NOURISHMENT:
A very important part of your retreat is nourishment, for body mind & soul! Brian has ayurvedic and vegetarian cooking training, and he will be preparing some healthy, inspiring and comforting meals to enjoy with the group. We can also cater for vegan, gluten-free etc. Our ethos is “Food is Medicine”.

Louise has been teaching Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage for over 20 years, and yoga for 10 years. Her passion is working with the body to access the other realms of Self & connection. Brian’s work is in the corporate world, though his passions lie in creating space for groups, food as medicine, and connecting with the land. Together, we are here to welcome you to a warm, natural and compassionate space to enjoy. It is your time to relax, let go and enjoy the moment!
