Aerial yoga combines traditional asana (the physical postures of yoga) and yoga philosophies with the aerial arts. Hanging fully or suspending individual body parts is believed to create traction and open your body more gently and intuitively than when you’re on the floor.
A wonderful warm way to spend a day in Winter – starting with a 2 hour Aerial yoga class in our gorgeous studio overlooking the River Laune in Killorglin, Co. Kerry. Followed by a small tea & sweets break and finishing in style with a guided meditation, tucked in with blankets on a soft mattress, sending you deep in to relaxation & a state of bliss!
**Due to the nature of Aerial Yoga, this event is only suitable for those who have experience with Aerial Yoga or who are in good physical fitness & do NOT suffer from vertigo, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, herniated discs, motion sickness, glaucoma or injuries.**
