Description

Three day immersion into Hawaiian Oli, Pule, Spiritual Teachings & Advanced Bodywork Techniques.
Suitable for Lomi Lomi practitioners or anyone who wish to deepen their knowledge & application of this wisdom into their treatments & lives.
This will be a retreat with combined classroom learning & getting out into nature, to truly live the teachings.

Day 1 (Saturday):
* A full day of Oli (chant), Pule (prayer) in the context of when to do what chant in the right context. How to introduce ourselves chanting our lineage & ancestors, how to ask permission to enter a space, how to request guidance & protection. Source: Kekuhi Kealiʻikanakaole
Day 2 (Sunday):
* Lei-making & introduction to hula, the sacred story-telling of many layers.
(Kamali’i o Ka Pō OR Kawika). Source: Susan Floyd & Yue Kalei Wang
Day 3 (Monday):
* Advanced bodywork techniques (Lomi Lomi Practitioners Only) including Joint Rotations, working the 4 corners (shoulders, pelvis), deep release. Source: Susan Floyd & Jeana Naluai

(€100 per day training. €50 per night accommodation sharing)

* Hot meal at lunch time is included. Time to sit together & nourish.
